Returns & Refunds Policy
At Verdant Life, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Food Product Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened food items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- The incorrect item
- An item missing from your order
Please email us at hello@verdantlife.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, where appropriate
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Opened food products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed in error
If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at hello@verdantlife.co.za.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
