We currently ship within South Africa only, with all orders fulfilled from Cape Town.

Our aim is to keep delivery simple, reliable, and transparent.

 

Delivery Timeframes

-        Cape Town & major city centres: 2–4 business days

-        Regional & outlying areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free delivery on qualifying orders, with flat rates applied below minimum order values.

 

Cape Town (Local Delivery)

-        Free delivery on orders over R500

-        Flat rate of R75 on orders below R500

 

Main City Centres (National)

-        Free delivery on orders over R1000

-        Flat rate of R95 on orders below R1000

 

Regional & Outlying Areas

-        Flat rate of R150 per order

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Courier Service

All orders are delivered via Citi Sprint Couriers or a trusted equivalent courier partner to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Verdant Life cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
