Earned It. Rebuild It. Naturally.

A wholesome banana loaf mix designed for post-training recovery and busy family lunchboxes.

Most "treats" are ultra-processed and lead to guilt and sugar crashes .

Using a quinoa flour base, this mix provides high plant protein and slow-release carbs to support muscle recovery and satiety.

The result - a nutrient-dense loaf that satisfies sweet cravings while fueling your next move.

What's Inside

Quinoa flour, gluten-free oat flour, coconut sugar, tapioca flour, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt.

You'll need to add: 4 large ripe bananas, 100ml light oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence.

No refined sugar. No artificial additives. A short list of ingredients you'll recognise — and a banana bread the whole family will eat.

What the numbers mean for you

9g of plant protein per 100g of dry mix. The quinoa flour base provides plant protein that supports muscle repair — making this more than a treat. It's a genuinely useful recovery snack.

7.4g of fibre per 100g. Chia seeds and quinoa flour together contribute meaningful fibre to support digestion and a slower, steadier release of energy.

Only 0.8g saturated fat per 100g. The fat content comes primarily from the chia seeds — heart-healthy and anti-inflammatory, not empty calories.

How to bake

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mash the bananas, then add the oil and vanilla and mix well. Fold in the contents of this mix and ensure it is well combined.

To make a loaf: Line a small loaf tin with baking paper. Bake for approximately 25–30 minutes, removing from the oven while still slightly moist.

To make muffins: Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, removing from the oven while still slightly moist.
